Protection of personal data

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Laviva Yapı ve Gayrimenkul (“Laviva Projeler”), acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

When you complete the contact or information-request form on our website, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process the following personal data:

• Identity data: full name.
• Contact data: phone number.
• Request and transaction data: the project you are interested in and the content of your message.
• Map connection data: IP address, device and browser information that Google may process when a page or section containing a map is viewed.

• Responding to information requests and contact enquiries and providing sales and project-consultation services.
• Contacting you about requested apartment types, location, pricing and the delivery process.
• Managing communications and recording requests.
• Displaying the sales office or project location on a map.
• Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation.

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK:

• Your explicit consent given when submitting the form (KVKK Art. 5/1).
• Processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Your personal data is collected through electronic channels such as the contact or information-request form on our website, phone and WhatsApp, by fully or partly automated means. A connection to Google Maps may be established automatically when a page or section containing a map is viewed.

When you send your request through WhatsApp, your message is transmitted through the infrastructure of Meta Platforms, which operates WhatsApp. Data you share may therefore be processed through this service provider, whose servers may be located outside Türkiye; using the WhatsApp channel indicates your explicit consent to this transfer. Otherwise, your personal data may be transferred only to legally authorized public bodies and institutions, upon request and in accordance with applicable law.

When a page or section containing a Google Maps map is viewed, connection data may be transferred to Google's infrastructure and processed under Google's own privacy terms.

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Where processing is based on explicit consent, your data is deleted when you withdraw consent unless another legal ground requires its retention.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

• Learning whether your personal data has been processed.
• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed.
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose.
• Knowing the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
• Requesting correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Requesting deletion or destruction where the conditions set out in KVKK are met.
• Requesting notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Objecting to an outcome against you resulting solely from analysis by automated systems.
• Claiming compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests concerning the rights above in writing, together with information verifying your identity, to Eryaman Mevkii, Susuz Mah. 5328. Cad. No:33, Yenimahalle / Ankara, or contact us on 0553 852 0606, 0312 277 4 277. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on its nature.
